Who owns the brand strategy?
The brand owner retains full ownership and responsibility for the brand in market. Brand support in market is agreed between the brand owner and the China retailer or ecommerce partner
How does Peloris support product merchandising activities?
Peloris will facilitate discussions between retailers and the brand owner on in store merchandising activities and timing.
Once the merchandising plan has been agreed, Peloris will provide in country support to manage and monitor the activities in accordance with the plan.
